Most cage buildouts stall where trades hand off to each other. We self-perform structure, DC power, fiber, copper cabling, grounding, AC, backup power and access control — and we execute moves, adds and changes on infrastructure that is already live — so the sequence never waits on a second mobilization.

How a scope moves from award to closeout.

The same five steps on every job, because operators approve crews, not promises.

  1. Method of procedure

    Written MOP for the scope and its risk class, submitted for operator and client approval before anyone badges in.

  2. Permit and access

    Work permits filed to facility policy, escort scheduled, materials received and staged inside the cage.

  3. Daily JSA

    Job safety analysis signed each shift, LOTO applied on any energized scope, hot work isolated and witnessed.

  4. Install and test

    Work to issued drawings, with OLTS, OTDR, continuity, resistance and illumination readings captured as they are taken.

  5. As-built and closeout

    Redlined as-builts, labeled photo record, test reports and punch list walked with the client before demobilization.
